Michael Ramsey is Professor of Law at USD. He is a former law clerk to Mr. Justice Antonin Scalia, and practiced int'l law with the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. He is the author of law journal articles on int’l and constitutional law. BA Dartmouth, JD Stanford.

Jaume Saura Estapa is Professor of Int'l Economic Law at the University of Barcelona and regularly teaches on USD's summer program in Barcelona. He has functioned as a United Nations observer in a number of the world's hot spots, and is the author of the books Los límites del mar territorial and Delimitacíon jurídica de la plataforma continental, as well as numerous articles.
