"Web of Hate"

 

Detective Jerry Stratton
Director of the Hate Crimes Victim Assistance Program in San Diego

 

A detective with the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) for over 20 years, Jerry Stratton has worked on a variety of assignments. In the mid 1990's, he started volunteering his time with the Anti-Defamation League's Hate Crimes Registry, and his involvement has increased tremendously since then. Detective Stratton was the original director of the Federal Hate Crimes Victim Assistance Grant which partners the SDPD with the Anti-Defamation League to examine the impact of hate crimes on the victim and the community.
