Ambassador Rodrigo Villamizar is the current Minister of Mines and Energy in the Colombian Government. He has served as Colombian Ambassador to Japan, and worked as a consultant in The City Study Project at The World Bank. He has received two international fellowships, and has had several books and articles published on economic and financial matters, as well as on the peace process in Colombia.
